I picked up a vehicle from Crown Cars yesterday, after viewing it on Sunday. I only have positive things to say about the whole experience! Ian was great to work with and was very communicative throughout. I feel I got my new car at a fair price, and received a fair part exchange for my old one.
I have a built in mistrust of car repair businesses but I have used Crown Cars Garage for years now and never had any reason whatsoever to mistrust the advice they give when taking a car in for repair. The work is always completed to a very high standard and what is particularly refreshing is that I have taken cars in with warning light queries in the past and on more than one occasion they have have checked whether work does actually need doing rather than just taking your money.
