ordered a 20” wide strip of carpet. Was supplied a 21” to 21 1/2” wide piece. Asked to have it corrected was told he could cut about an inch off but really didn’t have the tools or equipment to cut it exactly as ordered. Wish they would have just been honest enough to admit the couldn’t or didn’t want to provide what I ordered. One star is pretty generous.
I am writing this on behalf of my mother who is a resident in Sun City West that purchased carpeting for her bedroom on Friday, February 18 and after thinking about it over the weekend, decided to cancel the order on the following Monday. She called the store at opening and was told that the mill cut the carpet over the weekend and she was unable to process a cancelation. Installed efective tack strip. I injured my foot when stepped on it. They calked for payment asked how went. No discount off bill. Were indifferent to this experience. Didnt care how the install went period. Threatened lien on house when I was trying to remedy issues after 13 days. Find another carpet installer.
