Poor customer service – Crown capital associates is an extremely hard to deal with customer finance company. They charge huge interest rates, almost to the maximum the state laws will allow. Here is an example of how they treated me: I sent in a pay off check for the full amount on mid march. They waited a week before processing and discovered it needed an additional signature.
