Absolutely horrendous service. Crown cabinets refuses to stand by their guarantee of craftsmanship. For 4 and a half months we have been trying to get them to correct the newel post they installed, due to it being slanted, and all they do is ghost us. Any manager is impossible to get a hold of and will never call back, any repair person is impossible to get a hold of and will never call back and the front desk attendant always has an excuse as to why no one is available at the moment.
