Would not recommend crown for a renovation. Communication was extremely poor. Trying to plan all the moving parts of the job with other contractors was very difficult as a result. I was promised one thing and then when the time came I was told it couldn’t be done, not because it was impossible but because they didn’t want to do it that way. I’ve been waiting a month for someone to come back a fix a patch of grout that didn’t take. Not happy.
Communication is not good. Spent approx $75k here and am made to feel like I’m being too picky. Would not recommend this business.
