The product itself is OK for a production company. Definitely not custom. Extremely poor communication with the design team long delays in communication. The owner had to get involved. I would not recommend due to extremely poor communication. The file is under my wife's name. You have emailed me also. They scheduled a service call and never came out. No call or email to let me in the loop. I had to follow up again with another email, just to re-schedule again....

Absolutely horrendous service. Chrome cabinets refuses to stand by their guarantee of craftsmanship. For 4 and a half months we have been trying to get them to correct the newel post they installed, due to it being slanted, and all they do is ghost us. Any manager is impossible to get a hold of and will never call back, any repair person is impossible to get a hold of and will never call back and the front desk attendant always has an excuse as to why no one is available at the moment.
