We've been very pleased with Craftmark in terms of value, quality construction and the townhome. We found they were very good at tracking any customizations and options. Any issues have been minor after moving in and we've found them to be responsive in addressing. There are some items you might find - yes any builder has some builder quality decisions but in general we've found the quality quite good. One issue is Craftmark's attitude towards home inspectors. An incredible builder, Great job and they know what they are doing. YES, there can be problems just any business, but, Craft Mark does take care of any problem and they do it As Fast As Possible. Very IMPRESSIVE company.
