Crown Burger Highland cooks meat before the order...lets it sit and sells it when busy. I HAVE spent over 100 on cold and precooked burgers and chicken sandwiches and NOW I go elsewhere. These were to-go orders. Crown has sacrificed quality for speed. BAD DECISION.
I have eaten at Crown Burger Highland for over 20 years and NOT ANYMORE DURING PEAK HOURS. I have received burgers and chicken sandwiches which were made with meat that was cooked prior to order and sold as a fresh meal. These were to-go order and I ate them cold and nasty and NOW I travel to other Crown burgers way out of my way to get a FRESH MEAL AND NOT A FAST POOR QUALITY MEAL. I tried to talk to them and NO RESPONSE.
