Dear Koons Woodbridge Buick GMC, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention several safety concerns regarding the vehicle I recently purchased from your dealership, 2020 Chevrolet Malibu on July 14th. Since purchasing the car, it has shut off several times or would not start. Upon further inspection we found: • No cover on the battery? • Unconnected wires causing sparks when trying to start.
