I purchase a car in 2021 from Crown I went to trade my car in for and Envision at this same dealership you know they didn't want my car I was turn down . I found out that my car was over price in 2021 of $10,000. During the time that the world was in so much sorrow in the lost of family members and friends in time of COVID. This has stress me out to know people would do this to a customers. Wow so unbelievable

I dropped my car off to be repaired on May 15th 2021.. it is now June 14th 2021 and they are still saying my cars isn’t ready for pick up! It’s about to be over a month. My insurance company estimated a week repair time. My insurance even stopped paying for my rental car I called to let them know and still no speed up in repair time even after they stated that all the parts were in. I have been car-less for about a week now. I am now walking and Ubering everywhere.

They kept it for 3 weeks I finally got it back. They promised to trade it out I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for almost a year. No call backs to trade it out. Absolute worst dealership and service department out there! If you want your vehicle damaged every time you bring it in for an oil change... this is your place. Then to have Crown Buick not fix the damages that their techs have caused just tops it off. The new car manager (Todd) is an arrogant rude person who is not worried about you or your issues from the service department.
