While I didn’t find my dress here, I wanted to share a review because I had a great experience! I started my dress search with a “short engagement” (less than 6months). Camille was so very sweet and helpful. She heard what I wanted, heard what my budget was, and helped me find other selections when what I initially found wasn’t working. Overall, I had a great experience. My soon-to-be sister-in-law came back the next day and worked with her too and Found her dress! I definitely recommend looking for your dress here!
Be mindful they will do the whole "15, 20, 25%" tip screen on your checkout. I was super uncomfortable with it and felt pressured. Tipping on a wedding dress purchase is NOT normal. Additionally, they talked me out of my dream ballgown look with extreme volume and hoop skirt. The owner made it seem like it would be difficult to walk or sit. So I went with their suggestions. I had such a wonderful time at Crown Bridal! Sydney made the entire experience so enjoyable and memorable! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and caring throughout the whole process. In the end, Sydney helped me find the one and Kynda helped me find a beautiful head accessory to wear with a veil that matched my dress. Amazing! Wasn’t planning on buying a dress as it was my first stop but she really listened and I ended up falling in love (and she worked really hard to stay within my budget which wasn’t easy). Lovely store with a cozy atmosphere and beautiful gowns, really just a wonderful experience all around.
I highly recommend this bridal shop! | absolutely loved my experience at Crown Bridal. Shop is intuitively laid-out, staff are helpful, & I found my dream dress (and veil) at a fantastic price!
