Camille is amazing! She was listened to everything I wanted and shifted gears as I started to change my mind she kept rolling g with me. Totally walked out with a dress I never dreamed of and it was a great price! Totally recommend!
The scheduling process was a rollercoaster. I scheduled my appointment through their online scheduling system, gave them my card info and thought I was set. About a week later I got a call from Camille saying that they needed to reschedule me because there was an expo happening and they needed the whole day to prep. Okay, I get it, things happen. Finding my perfect dress was a breeze at Crown Bridal! I was so nervous and hadn’t tried on any gowns before visiting but they made me so comfortable and confident from the second I walked in. Everyone was so kind, compassionate and just radiated joy during the whole experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better day! I felt heard, and beautiful, and I left knowing I made the right decision choosing this shop and the perfect dress for me. Please go in and let them just take care of you!
My soon to be daughter-in-law and I are still basking in the glow of a happy experience at Crown Bridal. Krista was AMAZING and so helpful with suggestions. After a bad experience and delay with a prior seamstress, we were so relieved to find a beautiful gown that can be altered to incorporate pieces of her late mother's wedding gown. The store is beautiful and offers a huge selection of gowns, veils, and accessories. Thank you for your excellent service, Krista!
Camille was very personable and knowledgable for my wedding dress experience. I loved her tips and she was very easy to work with. I found my perfect dress with her help and I will never forget that. She was the best and made us all smile the whole time. Thank you:)
