We had an amazing experience at Crown Bridal. Kenda, the owner, and Julia, our associate, made us feel so welcome and comfortable. It was my daughter’s first time trying on wedding dresses, and their warmth, expertise, and excitement made it unforgettable. We shared happy tears, and the bride said yes to the dress. Highly recommend Crown Bridal to any bride-to-be!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Brides, please save yourself the stress and go anywhere else. At first, my initial appointment was fine, but everything that followed was an absolute nightmare. The owner, Kendra, has the worst attitude and the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. She is rude, aggressive, and completely dismissive of her customers.
