Their team has been great and responsive and they have LOADS of resources. Their materials are also high quality.
Excellent company! First year with leafcutter bees and they took to their house after being released. They are in my garden doing what they love.
Bee mud mix was terrible. Two different sets of instructions, one included with the product and another on the website. Also, the bee guide I ordered was for bees of western US and I ordered the guide for Eastern US! No response from the company about either issue.
Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I have been ordering from them for two years now and never had a problem. This is a fun project for the family and we love having the bees around
