I would give 0 stars if it let me. Horrible experience at this salon. My step daughter got her hair done and wasn't happy at all. They charged 45 dollars more then what I was told on the phone also, 160 not 115. My step daughter wanted her dirty blond hair to be freshend up all over, and a money piece. The worker their seemed to think it wasn't practical for a little girl. What I think isn't practical is to base your opinions so subjectively towards people. I had a keratine treatment gone wrong at another salon in town. I was determined to find a new hair stylist who could help me save whatever hair I had left. I had little hope and my confidence was quickly fading. I was blessed to have been booked with Vanessa a few weeks ago. She took the time to listen to my concerns and even did her own research (on her time off might I add) on how this particular treatment altered my hair. I went to Crown Beauty Bar for the first time the other day and received color correction and a balyage and absolutely loved it! The environment is so welcoming and beautiful to be in. Jessica was so incredibly sweet! I am so happy with how my hair turned out and will definitely be back again!!
