Christina has unprofessional customer service!!! This bank needs staff with actual skills and good manners. They need individuals who have etiquette and don’t lie and misinform their clients.
Their work hours 9 AM to 5 PM. But I seen they closing before 5 PM.
This literally the worst bank in the world I don't know why it's even still business
They have yet to update their correct hours on google.
I love Crown Bank. I had accounts with mayor banks and I am glad I switched to Crown. Zulay, Rosa, Michelle and the tellers are very helpful. Definitely recommend them.
