First time going here and wasn't sure if I would get overcharged and if the repairs would be only what was needed. Dylan (owner), was very friendly and the cost was very fair and the repairs were fast and well done. The place was very busy, yet Dylan did all he could to squeeze me in on his busy schedule, then do very good work, and then charge a fair price! Highly recommend anybody needing repairs or maintenance, call Crown Auto!

Huge waste of my day. Vehicle needed a exhaust strap 30 minutes to an hour job at the most. Made the appointment a wk out dropped it off at 8am, by 12 noon I was curious, called for an update mechanic tells me it didn't start they don't know why and they had did nothing to it. Problem: he didn't put the key in right! I just went and got my car. Will NEVER do business with them, if something were wrong with my vehicle they would have never informed me, I had to call them, after them just letting my car sit. Crown Auto lost a ... read more
