Very professional and honest they solved the issue with my car transmission on the first day
I've had a great experience working with these guys. Nathan always cakes me to update me on my truck. They send pictures to show you what's wrong inform me on time lines, etc. I've had bad experiences with shops. The bad reviews you may see are ridiculous if titty know anything about vehicles. Some people can't be happy. I driver an f250 and they've not only been cheaper than most but they get the work done in time. Careful who you trust your vehicles with.
Had a Groupon for and oil change. Called ahead to make appointment for oil change, informed them I had Groupon. Appointment made. When I arrived at the appointed time they said they no longer were taking Groupon. Lost my business FOREVER.
I came in to get my brakes done and was really impressed with how timely and professional the service was. Not only did they complete the work quickly, but they also took the time to show me exactly what needed to be done not just explain it, but actually show me the parts and the issues. That kind of transparency builds trust, and I really appreciated it. Great service all around!
I'm having a horrible and still ongoing experience. They had my car for over a month replacing the transmission. In the beginning I offered them my old transmission to use if they needed. After a month passed they finally accepted my old transmission and that's what was the key to fixing my vehicle apparently. After paying $5000 for the repairs I finally get my vehicle back and I smell something burning.
