What a nightmare with these people!! We had an appointment for Thursday at like 11:30am. So I dropped my 2019 GMC AT4 off around 10:30 a little early. Went in to see the sales adviser John Grunden. Explained the A/C wasn’t working properly and there was a loud knocking noise in the front end when you turn the truck hard left. John said it wouldn’t be a problem he would update me once they take a look and run everything by the Warranty company. I have to shout out to Tammy Wagner! And that is how you sell a car! No heavy sale pitches, no pressure. She LISTENED to what I wanted, quickly fitted me to a vehicle. I was matched with a lender, we did the paperwork, and I was on my way. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and I LOVE MY NEW USED CAR!!!
