Customer service is the worst! Everytime I call service department I get an extremely rude female on the phone that continuously cuts you off, very disrespectful, refused to transfer on one occasion then I was hung up on! I was attempting to ask a question in regards to my vehicle that I had not brought in for that problem yet so it was not a Karen moment just a woman attempting to get car fixed. I had a great experience with Crown Buick GMC. The sales rep, Tammy Wagner, was fantastic to work with. This was especially true as I was purchasing a vehicle remotely. Everything went smoothly and she guided me thru the entire process.
Jeff Steinmetz was an excellent salesman. After i requested a online quote he walked me thru each step to get the most competitive price that i agreed on. then patiently walked me thru the process at the dealership prepping a new GMC Terrain and completion of the paperwork. Smooth and understandable. Answered all questions, good experience. but the bumper is falling off my car and has not been repaired yet
Drew is the GOAT. They weren’t pushy, and Max S got us out of there in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.
Was greeted right away by Ed. I knew the Preferred Envista was the car I wanted to test drive and Ed was very knowledgeable about all its features. The purchase was not as long as some car purchases I made in past. Ed showed me and my husband around the services area and after the financial part with Mark (the awesome 0.9 arp x 36 mon), Ed showed me how to set up apple car play, and OnStar. All around wonderful experience.
