I am an out of town investor. I had Crown Associates Inc install some windows and patio door. Upon completion a man named Harvey which might be the owner contacted me for final payment. I paid and never got a paid in full invoice. I tried on numerous occasions to have them email or send me a copy in the mail. After numerous attempts I started receiving harassing emails from Harvey. I give them 3plus. The guys who come out are nice but their customer service is lacking. Had to call a couple of times to get the quote. The day for install i set aside time and they guys showed up without my windows. On wrong truck. Once installed they left finger prints all over the one window. I mentioned to Sam the installer and his flip reply was” I wanted you to know i was here” and proceeded not to clean the window. I mentioned to Travis the boss and he acted like he could care less.
