At first he seemed like he knew his stuff from his experience, but that might’ve just been to justify his prices. He charged $450 to fix my commercial three door fridge and all he did was clean the coils. It still didn’t work and then he charged me $500+ to change a part that normally would’ve cost me a lot more so that was actually awesome. I called Louie on a Saturday to make an appointment for my mother's washing machine. To my surprise, he said he would be on his way within the hour. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and had her washing machine working again. He was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. My mother was so grateful that he responded on a Saturday.
