My husband and I visited a few weeks ago to look for a family room curtain rod. While the front desk employee was polite, she couldn't answer our questions and promised the manager would call us back in a few days. Weeks later, we still haven't received a call. It is incredibly disappointing to leave your contact information and get absolutely no follow-up. Lost our business 👎
Crown and Birch hosted our business group the Thunder Bay Executive Club.I was impressed with the friendly staff and their extensive product knowledge. Highly recommended!
