If I could put zero I would.
I would rate 0 too. Quote said to have 5 years warranty but we continue to have problems from the start. We had installation issues with the pipes for the AC being installed the opposite direction to the slope of the roof, leading to water damage in our walls. We also had issues with a gas leak in the AC piping. As we had such a traumatic experience with the water damage in our new house extension, we got it serviced and repaired by an alternative place.
