Logan Lane is always knowledgeable and professional. He is very polite and explains everything to me regarding my car's service. I always feel appreciated and recommend their service department.
Michael Aloia greeted me promptly when I arrived. He was not the original service coordinator assigned to me (that person was nowhere to be found) but Michael didn’t want me waiting endlessly, so he stepped up and took over my service for the day. He was friendly and informative. We discussed what was needed. He gave me an estimate. The entire appointment was less than 90 minutes. I was very pleased.
I’ve always been pleased with the service at Crown Acura. Bart has been my service advisor for years and is so kind and makes the experience as painless as possible.
Logan Lane booked the oil change with a minimum of lead time and ensured the service was completed quickly & as per manufacturer specs. I would definitely contact Logan should my MDX require service in the future.
Bart Bartley got me in and out very quickly without issue.
