great service, got me in and out fast..service rep informed me of the progress.
Crown Acura - John Shaw service advisor is Excellent ! This Dealership does a Very Good Job with both Sales & Service
Always happy with the service. But this time no communication on my car that you had for just about 2 weeks. I have leased many Acura from you and I'm very disappointed in this MDX. It has had a lot of problems. Window washer were broken, had to replace the starter stalls at red lights, now the AC was out. This MDX is not that old to have all these issues. Would never consider buying this vehicle. I'm sure there are other things I can't remember. I love the car but want to drive it, not wait for repairs. Sorry Debbie Silvia
Super people and service
