Logan Lane and Crown Acura are awesome. Logan has been my go-to service rep for a long time and he is really good, takes care to understand any issues, gets me in and out very quickly. I really appreciate the care he shows for his customers.
I brought my Acura in for service for a recall and as always John Shaw was waiting with a smile and a loaner car ready to go! He is always pleasant and so professional! He makes Crown Acura special and I would never go anywhere else.
