I took TLX in for oil change and Logan Lane was very quick and professional to get my car paperwork started and directed me to a comfortable waiting area. I quickly received my car back with a wonderful wash and quick check out! Acura always treats me well and it’s a comfortable place to wait!! Great place with great people.

Had a few services done to my car and when we picked it up we noticed an issue with the rubber seal around the hood. Called several times no one available. left a message got no response. We turned right around and went back. Sophie the sales manager was able to help and came and took a look at the issue. She made sure we were heard and assured us this would be resolved. Thank you Sophie for helping with service department to get this resolved.
I've had an excellent experience working with the Service Advisor, Bart Bartley, at Crown Acura for the past few times I took my car in for services. He is friendly, professional, and attentive. He is knowledgeable and always provides helpful information to ensure my vehicle receives the best care. I highly recommend Bart to other customers who want to service their Acura vehicles at this dealership service Center. Thank, Bart, for that you do!
John Shaw of Crown Acura did an excellent job of planning, organizing, and controlling the recall process on my 2025 MDX. He kept me informed of the progress and was more than able to respond to some follow-up questions I had. He has gone above and beyond and is a credit to himself and Crown Acura.
