Love the food
This is the second time I’ve ordered food for delivery or takeout from this location, and unfortunately both experiences have been subpar compared with the Eastlake and Painesville locations. Today, the bacon on my burger was so overcooked that it crumbled into ash when touched. Considering it costs an additional $3 to add bacon, I expect it to at least be prepared properly.
