I used this firm for several years with terrible results which cropped up beginning last year. The IRS either did not get the return or they didn't receive payment (some of which I do accept partial responsibility) and now, it seems my return underreported leaving me with a huge sum to pay the IRS (completely Crowley's fault). I would strongly advise people stay away from this firm.
