My husband, Larry, and I were both totally impressed with this young man! He listened to our concerns as to what currently needed to be repaired and/or replaced in our home, then we came up with a plan. He was always professional, yet polite and respectful, and we appreciated that! He always stayed in touch with us if there was to be a delay of any sort. And his work is excellent!!
