I just purchased an RV from them late May 2020. It has been in their service center more days than it has been on the road. We have had to cancel and shorten trips. I would not purchase from them again and even though it is under warranty I will likely get my service elsewhere.
There is no way to capture the devastating work that Crowley RV did on our Roadtrek 190 Versatile. To say the least it was returned to us in much worse conditions than when we dropped it of. After 6 weeks, Crowley returned our RV with a large scrape across the windshield, and glass from replacing 3 front-overhead windows broken all over the floor. Not a bad dealer overall – I'll give it three stars, the staff is super friendly even thought the prices are a little high. They are a smaller RV dealer so you have to expect that. It was a much better experience here than the rv dealers in south windsor and in windsor.
