I use to swear this was the best dealership in CT, but in recent years there has been a huge decline. They no longer care about their customers after they sell you a car. I used to think the customer service was unmatched and now it’s out right terrible. They treat every customer different. I took my truck in for service there. Ram 2500 laramie diesel. They had it 3 weeks. Charged me $6000. I paid by credit card over the phone because I was going to pick it up after hours. When I picked it up? NOT ONE THING I paid them $6000 to do was fixed. It was a Saturday and they were closed. I disputed the charge with my cc company and called Crowley back on Monday. They took it for another 3 weeks. A couple things were fixed. I still had no heat. It still won’t pass emissions. Everytime I get it back, on top of the thing... read more
