Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with from the SC office!
We had a few quotes from Crowley just to be sure of the right price to send a truck. Now, prices go up by season but only like $100 difference. After doing all the paperwork, we had the booking and price set, and the worse part, apply for EIN number from IRS as Crowley requirements to send the truck, we scanned and send the documents over. Then, we received a weird email with a "new price" being over $5,000 dollars when our booking and paperwork was showing less than $2,000 dollars. Stay away if you don't like to be screwed!!! I booked a load with Anthony Fernandez and when get to the shipper the security guard asked me apoitment # wich wasn't at rate con, i call immediately this "professional guy" no answer, I emailed him...no answer, I text him...nothing...i try to call other number on rate con ....nothing!!!
