I took my boat to Crowley Marine for an acceleration problem and some maintenance. They test drove the boat twice for the acceleration problem and charged me $525.00 to tell me I need to drop the prop size. Crowley Marine switched the prop and put on a 17-pitch prop for the test drive, Crowley commit with the 17-pitch prop, and I quote “found it took a bit long to get on plane”. Crowley Marine has no business being in the online selling market. Don't make the same mistake I did by ordering parts from these jokers. They can't keep up with orders, they make promises they can't keep and they lie, lie, lie to keep stringing you along while you wait days, weeks, months for your order to ship. Good luck trying to get a refund when they don't send you your order. Read other reviews across the web, I am not the only one. I wish I knew then what I know now.
don't buy parts from them, their web site will trick you to into buying the wrong parts, then when the parts arrive their is a piece of paper in the box that states " no returns " even if the items are still in the original packing. I buy from PartsVu now as the take returns and guide you to purchasing the correct parts. https://www.partsvu.com/
I can not believe a company can do business like yours does. Over 2 weeks and I still do not have the parts I ordered. two parts initially went backorder and I was told the order would be delayed 3-5 days. I agreed and did not cancel the order. After 8 days still no shipping notification. No contact from Crowley Marine at all. I went online and checked the order status and it still showed as processing. I emailed support and told them to drop the backordered parts from the order and get the rest of the parts shipped asap. We... read more
