I had an excellent experience at Crowley Kia. I purchased an extended warranty through Kia when I bought my car in 2016, and recently Arthur went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my vehicle in before the warranty expired. The repair was completed, and Art kept me consistently updated throughout the entire process, so I was never left in the dark. The level of communication and service was outstanding. Evan and Justin were amazing!
Justin is fantastic! While car shopping can be stressful, Justin was patient and kind showing us cars at multiple meetings. He even found me a car in the color I wanted. This is my third car from Crowley and highly recommend this dealership. Service department is great too.
Everyone at this dealership was super polite and informative. My salesperson Justin got my wive and me in a car we wanted (2025 telluride wolf gray) for the price we were happy with. Evan did a great job showing us the features of our new car and how to use them. Would love to work with them again in the future
