The gentleman on the line explained that it's normally $99 to have them come out and inspect your garage door, but that they are temporarily running a special discount if you join their loyalty program (as mentioned in a previous review by someone else) then the price drops to $79. Called at 2:30pm for service for broken springs. Tech arrived within 30 minutes. Repair complete within another 45 minutes. Telephone person and tech very professional. Priced right. Highly recommend Crowley Garage Door Repair. 2nd experience with this group and they are great!
The technician from Crowley Garage Door Repair was prompt. He called us prior to letting us know he was about 10 minutes from arrival. He was courteous and professional. He repaired my garage door and gave some hints to enable it to work efficiently. I tested the garage door and it was working like it was new. Price was very reasonable for the repair. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!
Had issue with garage door this afternoon. was not going to be able to close overnight. Called and got me in that evening. could have easily said tomorrow. Tech was knowledgeable, professional and took time to go over everything with my wife. I will be replacing door, hardware and opener shortly.
