There is no way to capture the devastating work that Crowley RV did on our Roadtrek 190 Versatile. To say the least it was returned to us in much worse conditions than when we dropped it of. After 6 weeks, Crowley returned our RV with a large scrape across the windshield, and glass from replacing 3 front-overhead windows broken all over the floor. They repaired the whole side of my Cadillac and matched the paint all the way above the doors even though that area wasn't affected by the crash just to have the paint match perfect. The car came out straighter than factory and the paint looks factory, they also dusted off my dashboard and gave me information about the process the whole way through. Excellent service
Worst experience I've had with an auto body shop. I went there after getting into a car accident where I hit a curb and went off the road. There was noticable damage to the front left side of my car and my car was not drivable because the control arm to my front left tire had snapped (among a list of other things). So, I had my car towed there and I put a claim in through my insurance. After 3-4 weeks, I got my car back, which I thought was kind of a long time but didn't complain. Quality buisiness with great selection of parts and cars. after buying my car from Ed Crowley I have since returned for more parts for other projects that i have. They have a nice selection of used cars some of which have small problems that are all fairly easy to fix by anyone with a mild mechanical know how but for the most part a majority of the used cars will be able to get in and drive home.
This company will not quit publishing the cell number which was recycled to me by Sprint THREE years ago. The cell number is not for Crowley it is a personal phone number that has nothing to do with this company. The only connection I have with this company is the three years of torment from them not updating their information. I called the company after the first year and they said that they could not do anything to change it since they paid for several years in advance...a lame response because they paid for advertising an... read more
