I am a 85 year old woman who is involved with a commercial real estate sale with Daniel Reynolds. His client has stolen all our property and did it prior to closing. Myself and my attorney have called him numerous times with no return call, the one time I got him he told me he was busy did not have time for me and hung up. The most arrogant rude, unprofessional attorney I have ever dealt with.
I sent my deposit on March 13th & they said they’d be in contact. I waited and had to call them early April ( a month later ) to ask why I haven’t heard from them. They responded with “is this for a bankruptcy?” For a whole month they didn’t even have me on file or even noted that I was doing a quit claim deed. Fast forward to April 23, they confirmed some details which I confirmed. Now it is June 5th and I have yet to hear from them!! They’re not even picking up when I call.
