They keep canceling my appointments to reschedule but won't schedule around my schedule which are the only way I can book appts around my work schedule. So after only having one appt in 6 months where I should be close to having my third by now. Not really happy and now might have to find a new dr again third one in less than a year
ZERO stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE!! I had an appointment today - went to the office. Noticed by the sign on the door that they had moved. Went to the new location - where they REFUSED to see me as I was late. UMMMM I was late because no one called me to tell me you moved. I don't have E.S.P. "You should have received a phone call AND an email". I got neither. They checked and had my email down WRONG - yet on the application form I filled out it was correct. Had a very good first impression. Office staffs are kind and helpful.They were all very welcoming.
Lived in Welland for 8 years and never able to get a family doctor in town until now. I completed the application process online as well as getting my initial appointment online as well. My first appointment left me good impression of all the staff I dealt with. They gave me a much needed prescription renewal, and set me up for lab work and a follow-up appointment. It's going to be a relief to get away from my not-so-good Dr in NF and deal locally. Too early to give 5 stars, so it's 4 for now!
