Understaffed and unprofessional. I stopped in just to get my glasses adjusted. Took me almost 20 minutes just to be acknowledged! I asked the young woman who eventually helped me what took so long. She commented (with colourful language) that they were having a hard time retaining staff due to management and that she had handed in her notice as well. Not really something you should be telling customers! Crowfoot Vision won’t be SEEING me again!
Crowfoot Vision has taken care of our family’s eye health for many years. Dr Dave Thomas, their optician Kathy and the entire team go above and beyond with great service from the eye exam to getting cool glasses!
I visited this clinic last year to fix my broken glasses and possibly get new ones. The staff I met then went above and beyond, and I left very pleased with the service, so much so that I decided to return this summer. Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience. Nobody was at the front desk, and instead I kept hearing giggles from the back for an uncomfortably long time. I felt ignored and shocked by the lack of professionalism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After many years of looking for the right family eye doctor, I finally found one! Dr. Thomas was absolutely amazing with all three of my kids — especially my 16-year-old son who is on the autism spectrum, and my two little girls under 5. He was so kind, patient, and gentle, making each of them feel comfortable and safe. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands how to work with children of all needs and temperaments. I’m so grateful we’ve finally found an eye doctor we can trust for the long run!
