Bought a pair of reading glasses a little over a month ago. Got an estimate and after insurance I paid in full which wasn’t much $28. After an hour I get a call saying that there was an error in price. The frames would be $20 more $48 total I said no problem. Yesterday when I went it, the lady said it was $48 outstanding. I said I already paid $28 and I got a call to pay for the balance after. Then they changed to $28 for the balance. Dr. Thomas is incredible. I have had many issues with my vision as of late, and Dr. Thomas and his staff have been extremely accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. Many cases he's able to see me the same day. He is very patient and listens to all of my concerns with care. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience.
A few years ago I was a regular patient at Crowfoot Vision. Dr. Almond was the Optometrist and was very good. He left a Dr Dr. Thomas took over. Dr. Thomas changed out the existing staff with much younger and extremely inexperienced people. I had my yearly eye exam and needed a new prescription. When I received my new glasses it was like I was looking through a coke bottle. I went back 3 times to explain my issue and was repeatedly told that my prescription was right. Dr.Thomas is excellent. Also, was totally impressed that 2 weeks ago I came in right before close and was looking at glasses. I found a pair but said I would come back and look at more. The employee asked my name and said he will put them aside. Came back 2 weeks later and that employee remembered my name and said he would get the glasses to look at again. That is excellent customer service.
