I have been seeing Dr Utigard and using this specific clinic for 13 years now as a patient with a complex medical history/chronic illnesses, and really appreciate everyone here and feel well supported as a patient. I have always had positive experiences with my doctor and the staff. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Wow! One visit and I had an amazing experience! The receptionist were super nice and friendly. Julia was very helpful and understanding!
I am never coming back. I have gone very VERY long periods of time without my medication because these people just don’t fax things. You will go in for an appointment, or talk over the phone and they will tell you they will fax your prescription to your pharmacy….ya they don’t do that. I am not on week 2 without my meds. This has happened to me 3 other occasions. This place is horrible.
Dr. Matta is one of the worst physicians I've ever met! She has no time for her patients, some of which require ongoing tests and requisitions. I had been seeing her for several years, at first she was alright but then overtime her clinic became way too busy and I tried to get in for appointments and she was booking 3-4 months out so I'd have to go to the after hours clinic or emergency.
