Reliable flower delivery service with a beautiful selection to choose from! Highly recommend. Ordered on two different occasions and absolutely loved the flower arrangements for my loved ones!
Ordered a dozen roses for pickup for 9:30am Monday morning. When I get there on time, the woman is on the phone. After waiting few minutes, I explained I needed to leave. Completely ignores me and continues on the phone. Flowers were not wrapped and ready to go.
I have been buying flowers from this shop for the past 4 years and was quite pleased until recently. I tried to order birthday flowers today and asked for suggestions for the person representing the company in the phone. I was told to come look at the cooler. Here is a bit of advice for the owner: when you put someone on a customer facing role make sure that have a better personality that a piece of driftwood and actually seem like they want to help. I got the colourful array flower arrangement for my 90 year old grandmother for Easter, the flowers are incredible and the arrangement is lovely. The lady at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't be happier with the result.
