I dropped my car off on JUNE 5th because my engine stopped working (this is covered under a class action lawsuit for my year of Sante Fe). It is OCTOBER 17th and I just picked up my car. The first TWO service advisors we had literally sucked. Said they ran the diagnostic. Did not. Said they ordered the engine. Did not. Normally this process takes maximum two months. It's honestly quite unbelievable and super disappointing at the level service and disregard for customers from the sales manager Arif. He fails to see how a 5-hour mix up with a vehicle is a problem for a 7-month pregnant woman. Should I say more? Thankfully the service department comes in clutch and does the best they can to help out. Go get your vehicle serviced here don't buy one and support this guy until he gets a new job. Extremely disappointing service that is a big contrast to the excellent service we received when we bought our car. Had an appointment for oil change around 10:30am and had concerns such as smell coming from the air vent. They said they will perform a diagnostic test. Received a message at the end of the day at 5pm that they will need to keep the vehicle overnight to finish the diagnosis. I had a very good purchasing experience with this dealership. They made every effort to cooperate and ensure my satisfaction, aligning my circumstances with their sales conditions. During this process, the Sales Manager, Mr. Aaiz Khan provided the best possible service, and I highly recommend approaching him to resolveing any issues. Additionally, the dealership’s finance department was very cooperative with us as well.
Very nice experience with this dealership, i received the best service from Mr. Aaiz Khan, as the sells manager which he make good memories for me. The finance department does the best for as well.
