All of the staff were very welcoming and compassionate. We would particularly like to recognize Ashley and Hugo. Ashley was very informative and put us at ease immediately. She was patient and professional, while also making us feel comfortable and reassured. Hugo was incredible. He was gentle and easy to talk to, and he made us feel comfortable sharing stories about our loved one. The way he delivered the ceremony was incredibly moving and heartfelt. We can’t thank him enough.

We met with Aaron today to make arrangements for my husband’s mother. He immediately put us at ease. We went in there already overwhelmed but Aaron made the entire process so smooth. My husband and I left there feeling so good about our choices. His guidance through it is far beyond appreciated.
