We had such a fun time at several Crowfield Plantation events this fall! Huge shoutout to the leadership crew for getting the residents out and connecting in the community. Park is great, HOA is the worst in the nation
Great location with established landscaping. Everything one needs is close by: grocery stores , medical offices, banks, pharmacies, playground. Also near Central Creek park in the city of Goose Creek.
It's a members-only park with awesome walking trails and a tennis court.
The ACTUAL AREA is very nice the HOA on the other hand needs to be investigated on all levels. We have lived here for 6 yrs and never had any problems till the last 2 yrs and let me tell you there so stupid just got 2 this week one is because the builder 20 yrs ago didn't put on the plot plans the gutters on the house now I'm being fined and told "IM not in compliance with the HOA, THE other a garage screen that kept the bats and birds out of my garage.
