New customer who was told at my regular visit that I had an infection under a crown. The suggested treatment was to have a root canal through the crown without removing the crown. Since I was in no pain I asked that the work be approved by my insurance or that I would wait until the new plan year. I paid significant copayment amounts to Bloom (the company that drilled through the crown).
