My son took his car for a wof and they decided to do unauthorized work without asking my son first,which is illegal ,then told my son he couldn't pick up his car till the unautharised bill was paid also illegal ! Following a minor procedure on my WRX Type RA, I observed several fresh scratches on adjacent panels. I raised this matter with Corey Ross, the Workshop Manager, in a measured manner, requesting a consultation with his team. I explicitly stated I was not levelling an accusation and even extended an apology for any potential misunderstanding.
