My son took his car for a wof and they decided to do unauthorized work without asking my son first,which is illegal ,then told my son he couldn't pick up his car till the unautharised bill was paid also illegal ! Following a minor procedure on my WRX Type RA, I observed several fresh scratches on adjacent panels. I raised this matter with Corey Ross, the Workshop Manager, in a measured manner, requesting a consultation with his team. I explicitly stated I was not levelling an accusation and even extended an apology for any potential misunderstanding. Fantastic staff to deal with. They came across as very trustworthy and we are happy with the vehicle we eventually selected.
I purchased my car here a few months ago and dealt with both Josh and Jordan. They were by far the most pleasant car sales team of all the places I visited in Christchurch. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I had. Very good after sales care, as they haven’t hesitated to fix any small issues that have popped up. Service department have also been very nice, efficient, and well priced.
