Highly recommend this company Fast shipping and great quality parts
So, I bought a battery from them locally in Battle Creek in the spring of 2023. I kept it on a tender during the winter, and it wouldn't hold a charge in the spring of 2024. I’m not interested in spending money on useless quality items that they seem to sell. You get what you pay for… I replaced it with a higher quality battery from a reputable online motorcycle parts shop.
Ordered a wheel that came with damage where the bead for the tire is. They asked if I wanted to sand it down for a partial refund and I said no I'd prefer another wheel without damage. Their response was anything but christian. Maybe if they focused on quality control instead of adding free bibles to the orders and giving life advise and then not following that same advise they wouldn't have to do returns. Took bike in for an oil change before a long trip and discovered I needed a new back tire (the day before I was supposed to leave). It wasn't in stock, but after I found one at another shop, they worked me in to get it changed out (within a half hour!) and I was able to leave. Super appreciative of their customer service!
