I have nothing but great things to say! Needed rocker panels replaced to pass MVI, Crowes was able to get me in a month earlier than anywhere else and I was quoted slightly less. They were super friendly on the phone booking the appointment and even nicer in person when I dropped it off. I wasn’t sure if I should share this, but I believe it’s important—especially if it helps others avoid going through the same experience. I chose this place because the price was lower compared to other shops. The gentleman at the front desk was polite and respectful throughout the initial service. However, after picking up my car, I noticed that the bodywork on the rock panel showed signs of rust. I returned to the shop to report that the paint and finishing were poorly done. Stopped here on 3 different occasions looking for quotes on work I needed. All 3 times I've been quoted outrageously higher than almost all competitors. Wanted to give them a shot because they are extremely close to my house, but 2 and 3 hundred dollars over competition, has me going elsewhere
I sent my car for front bumper repair. Though they did good in replacing the front bumper with new/used one and the rear camera is no longer working as it displayed blank. I went back for it to be checked and they said it was working in the morning prior to my collection of the car. I went to another mechanic only to conclude that the camera is indeed no longer working and it's not due to the accident happened with the car. It might be just a coincidence but it really was working fine before I sent for repair.
Unprofessional and rude. Also , one of them was very rudely behaving with me because i am brown.
