My wife saw Dr. Crowell and she was so impressed with him that she told me that I needed to make him my primary doctor. I saw him for my annual physical and I am glad that I did. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
This Doctor can't even read a x-ray. He told me I had a sever sprain but in fact I had a sever broken heal.
I left with the understanding that I would be contacted with a referral for a specialist. I called back after the 1st few days,after 1st week,after 2nd week of not hearing from anyone-5 times total I called-4 of which I was sent to voice mail. Where is the professional courtesy? I am not able to ignore my problem as they have ignored me!! My problems require a specialist for which I need a referral.
