Dr.Karen Crowell is a good Dr. she takes the time out to listen to you.she explains what’s going with you very well.

Reason I give a 1 star is because she doesn’t listen to her patient.and when you call there to make an appointment after you had a fall the secretary always says go to the emergency room and get a X-ray . Instead of going to the office and letting them check you out, who would go to the ER running up a bill?

I’ve been with Dr K for too many years to count. She actually cares about her patients & it is not about the money, as one negative reviewer said. I know from personal experience she cares more about the wellbeing of her patients than the money she makes from us. (Let’s be real - she has to wait months or years to get paid by insurance or Medicaid. My little office copay isn’t the reason I’m her patient.) I will continue to see Dr K as long as I’m able to drive to her office, even if I move & have to drive hours to see her -... read more
