Nobody responded to any of my emails after I was given a notice of reassessment by the CRA on a tax filing. Terrible customer service.
After realizing that my chosen accountant had a conflict of interest, he ad the good sense to refer me to Crowe Soberman LLP in Toronto to be the Estate Accountants on my brother's Estate, since he was under Ontario's jurisdiction, rather than Quebec's. That's where I reside. Also the bank account for the Estate. I found every employee there to be extremely knowledgeable about tax law and responsive to my own lack of such knowledge.
