Had an amazing experience. Started with a feet reflexology session. It was awesome and I detoxed hard from it! I then had a fascia release about a week later. I did not detox as hard from it but it was a amazing experience, as well. Both practitioners are very in tune to there. A client
Ashley’s concern for your well being comes through in every movement and conversation. Not only do I get personalized treatment, I learn something every time we talk. The environment is comfortable and welcoming and I look forward to each and every treatment. I leave feeling like a million bucks!!!
Counselling and therapy has it's place, but the release I received in one myofascial release appointment with Ashley helped my body process and release more trauma than years of counselling was able to. Ashley creates a safe space to manually and intuitively move emotion and trauma out of the body, allowing and supporting you in process as you release. If you feel called to let go what is holding you back in life and to move through your emotional baggage - I would highly recommend seeing her.
I recently had a hysterectomy and my doctor recommended reflexology (lymphatic drainage) I knew nothing about reflexology, but booked a set of 8 appointments with Ashley of Crowe. She was great, offered me tea and told me to sit back and relax as she tells me the ailments I have simply by feeling and pressing on the soles of my feet. She was bang on.
