I would rate this company zero stars if that were an option. The woman I spoke to was very rude and seemed unknowledgeable about international process serving. After sending her our documents she informed us that the price had risen significantly. When I asked for a receipt, she said she didn't know how to do that or why I would need confirmation of payment.
