One of the employees decided to cut me off at the Dunkin' Donuts drive-through this morning. i waited an extra 10 minutes for his order to be fulfilled as I'm reading the back of his truck that says in God we trust. A company that should be godly should be hiring better employees that shouldn't have to feel like they should have to be able to cut people off in line at Dunkin' Donuts. I was very disappointed with this electrician’s professionalism. He called and gave me a specific time he would be here, but never showed up and never called to explain or reschedule. I rearranged my day to be available, and this complete lack of follow-through wasted my time. Reliability is important in this line of work, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend his services based on my experience.
Beyond satisfied with our new residential home completely wired by Crowe electric. Very professional organization and pay attention to detail. The breaker box panel is perfectly labeled with impeccable handwriting. Every junction box in the ceiling of the unfinished basement is labeled what is above it. All the electrical fixtures were installed. I give Crowe electric the highest recommendation I can. Their solid work helps me put together a perfect home to sell
Billy and Tanner were very professional and very quick at rewiring an area in our kitchen. They are highly skilled in their careers and we will definitely use Crowe Electrical again! Highly recommend them!
Very professional and clear on pricing. Isaac and Billy came out to rewire my 1950s fix box into the updated breaker box, fix my bathroom overhead light, and fix two outlets that weren't working. All done in a timely manner, super sweet and kind guys. They were cool with me asking all sorts of questions about electrical stuff in my house and answered every one. Highly recommend this company for your electrical needs!
