Poor customer service. The website boasts being a rental company but they charge for the items they supposedly rent and all items. If you want to return something there is a 25% restocking fee! And the carpets are non-returnable at all! This company is fraudulent and lacks the basic customer service skills to communicate their terms up front. We will never work with them again. Save yourself a headache and do the same.
