We bought our beautiful 1st brand new house through Crow Creek last year (2022). They claimed to offer a 1 year warranty with the house after purchase. Although we found some issues during this first year (and some took some time to resolve), they did in fact honor their warranty, and fixed every single issue we reported. They were very responsive, in working on getting their team and vendors scheduled to come fix the issues.
